Genuinely not much. The more you can tell us, the closer the first version will be to what you actually want.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The mockup costs nothing and there's no obligation to go ahead with anything. It's a design we produce so you can see what a new website would look like before committing a penny.
Is it just a template with my logo on it?
No, and this is the important part. A template would tell you nothing about whether we can design something for your business. The mockup is an original design based on what you actually sell and who you sell it to.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days once we have your details. We'll come back and ask a few questions if anything's unclear rather than guessing and getting it wrong.
What happens if I like it?
Only then does money come into it. We'll put together a clear quote for building the site out and talk through what the finished thing would include — that's where the $119 starting price applies. The mockup is free whichever way it goes, and you're under no obligation to go ahead.
What if I don't like it?
That's completely fine, and no hard feelings. Mockups are useful precisely because they show someone isn't the right fit. We'd rather you found that out before spending anything than afterwards.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You never have to log in, learn an editor or make a change yourself. Once your site is live, our all-inclusive plan handles all the updates and you just tell us what you'd like changed.
