Web services for relocation, expat and long-stay businesses

If your customers are people planning a move — residency, banking, insurance, schools, property, a will, a business, or simply a winter on the north coast — then your website is doing something unusual. It is not selling a holiday. It is asking for trust from someone who cannot check your office, may not speak the language, and has heard a great many stories about getting this wrong.

1

Your customers are nervous, and they check

This is a category where getting fleeced is a widely discussed fear, and a large share of the people searching for you are doing it from another country with a browser tab open. They will read your reviews, they will look for how long you have been working, they will check whether a real address and real people are visible, and they will compare three providers before messaging any of them. A website that looks like it has been here for years and answers honestly will out-convert a slicker one every time.

2

The questions that have to be answered before a form

What does it cost, what do you need from me, how long does it take, who does the work, what happens if it is refused, and which languages do you actually work in. Put them on the page. A visitor who has to ask those six things in a message has already decided there is a chance you will be vague, and the ones who are uncertain go elsewhere. Transparency here is not a weakness — it is the product.

3

Documents and data protection, taken seriously

Asking for a passport, a birth certificate or a bank statement changes the nature of a website. We build a secure upload route rather than an email address, collect the minimum needed, set a retention period and tell people what it is, and make sure the consent layer and the notice under Ley 172-13 match what actually happens — with the GDPR in mind where EU visitors' data is involved. Nothing sensitive is sent in the body of a message, because that is the easiest habit to establish and the hardest to undo.

4

Two languages, written properly — and a third where it is real

Spanish and English are the base. What comes next is genuinely local, and it is not the same everywhere: Sosúa has a long-standing German and Russian community, Cabarete a strong German one, Punta Cana a large Russian and Italian community, and Puerto Plata Haitian Creole speakers. Each version needs to be written by someone who reads it daily — legal and financial wording in particular does not survive a word-for-word translation.

5

What we will not write for you

No page promising a residence permit in forty-eight hours, no invented success rates, no testimonials with suspiciously round numbers, no urgency that is not real. These businesses run on reputation, and one claim you cannot defend costs more than a year of honest copy. If the marketing you want would need us to overstate something, we will say no and offer the version we can stand behind.

6

Trust belongs in the middle of the page

Not in a footer nobody reads. Who you are, what you are registered for, who answers the phone, how long you have been working here, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong. Put those in the first screen of the first page, in the languages your customers use, and the rest of the site becomes easy.

Common questions

Can you write legally safe copy for me?
We write the structure, the tone and the explanation, and we will be strict about anything that reads as a promise. The legal and financial wording still needs review by a lawyer or accountant who knows your service, and we build the site so that review is straightforward rather than buried in the build.
Do you handle residency applications or immigration paperwork?
No. We build the website. We are not a law firm and we do not process applications, and a site that blurs that line creates real risk for you. What we do is make your services, your fees and your process clear, and send people to the official route for the paperwork itself.
Can people upload documents securely?
Yes — through an encrypted form rather than email, with a clear statement of what happens to the file, who can see it and when it is deleted. We keep the technical side simple enough that nobody working in your office has to become a security expert to use it.
How do I reach customers in Germany, Russia and North America?
With real pages in those languages, the right language tags so Google shows each version to the right readers, and a content approach based on the questions those markets actually ask — which are frequently more detailed and more price-focused than local enquiries.
Do you take a commission on referrals?
No, and we would be careful about it if you offered. A website that introduces a fee or a conflict of interest has to disclose it, and disclosure damages the trust this category depends on. We are paid once, for the site, by you.
