Valle Tranquilo is a place to visit when you want peace and tranquility. A campsite in the Dominican countryside, where you can relax. The owners, Pete and Sharon wanted a website to present the campsite to potential visitors from overseas, so they would appreciate the natural beauty of the Dominican countryside and look forward to their stay in the country. Using their own photos, the website showcases the area. Their first booking was received even before the website was completely finished! Interestingly the website was ranked by Yahoo in 3rd position for the term 'camping in the dominican republic', within a week of going live. Dental Tours SA is a new company based on the North Coast focusing on providing quality dental treatment to North Americans who appreciate that good dental care by qualified professionals doesn't necessarily need to come with a high price tag attached. The owner, John had a very clear idea of what he wanted to achieve. We worked alongside John to create his vision on the web and we designed his logo for his business card and stationery.

When Prestige Realty agent, William Oosterman decided to ramp up his presence in the Cabarete area, he realised he needed a website that only Borg could deliver. Sick of websites that were slow to load, clumsy and needed visitors to keep clicking on every photo, William asked for a website that would function well for both him and his clients. A bit of Flash at the top to emphasize the Caribbean-ness of the properties was required, and he also wanted the ability to amend the pages at any time without needing to call a webmaster. Vista Realty wanted a website that was easy to use both for them and for people looking for properties in the Dominican Republic. We built an extensive backoffice system that enables them to quickly and easily upload or modify listings. It also records client details and even tracks how many visitors click on which listings. From the visitor side, its easy to search by area, price, property type and filter down until you can see your perfect properties. Their listings also appear on other websites automatically, such as Dominican Property, Dominican Real-Estate, Gringo Times and others. |

Eden Audio are a specialist hifi dealer based in Spain. They sell high-end audio equpment for audio lovers and are the sole distributer in Spain for some premium brands. They initially wanted a simple low-cost website to explain their products to potential clients. Later they asked to expand the website by adding an online shop which showcases their products and allows them to take orders and payment over the internet. We later added a forum and made the site multi-lingual, in English and Spanish. Eden Audio are also able to alter any of the pages by themselves using a simple template system, so they can change the text without needing to call a web designer.

Philip Armstrong Salons are a new chain of Health Spa Salons operating on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. They offer a range of services to clients, including facial treatments, hairdressing, waxing and other beauty treatments. To match their upmarket service, they wanted a professional looking website, outlining their services simply and clearly, whilst at the same time inspiring confidence among potential clients. | Holiday Homes in Mijas as their name suggests specialise in vacation rentals on the Costa del Sol in Spain. They not only wanted to showcase their available villas, but also accept bookings directly through the website. The villas all have a matrix pricing system, where prices vary by season and if covering Xmas, Easter or other holidays. Bookers can also select optional extras, such as cots, food, heating and the website will automatically calculate the price. It also maintains availablility so potential bookers can see exactly when the villas are available. |  |

The Gringo Times are an English magazine/newspaper printed on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. They caused quite a stir when they started up with their spoof headlines which fooled many of the locals. With the attention they received they knew they had to open up the magazine to a wider audience as many tourists wanted to continue reading the articles when they returned to their home country. Borg Systems created an easy to update website which made their articles and the entire magazine available for easy reading and downloading.

Dominican Lawyer are an organisation helping foriegners in the Dominican Republic to find English speaking lawyers who provide residency, company formation, legal aid and other services. They needed a website not only to outline their services but also to act as the primary method of obtaining new clients. The Adscene is a newspaper type magazine covering the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. The wanted a website built quickly that was easy to update and qas able to quickly convey information to website visitors and advertisers. Of prime importance was an online classified ads system, that would allow local residents to add their own adverts. These adverts would then also go into the offline print publication. We also created a banner system, so advertisers could benefit from website traffice directly from the Adscene website. Judging by the success of the Adscene newspaper in the area, the website has done its job admirably!

Dominican Property was initially conceived as an online real-estate MLS system for the Dominican Republic. Unlike any ordinary real-estate website, the system allows hundreds of different agents and brokers to upload their listings along with unlimited photos. If required, member agents can also include those same listings on their own websites, meaning no duplication of effort. We are also responsible for the Search Engine Optimization for the site. Currently the website is ranked #1 in Google for the term 'Dominican Property' and is one of the most visited Dominican real-estate websites. The website receives mutiple leads every day based purely on 'free' search-engine traffic. The website is based on a .NET and SQL Server platform and uses XML webservices for all operations.

CityPrint (Impresora Germosen) recently started a process of expansion in Puerto Plata which started with a move into new more spacious premises. Along with this they realised that the internet was becoming more important for them as a way of attracting new clients and showcasing their abilities. Borg Systems were asked to create a series of websites in English & Spanish to position CityPrint as the leading print shop in the area and get noticed on the internet by an English speaking audience.
