As you probably already know, we are a race of Cyborgs and we assimilate things - sometimes. It's a pretty cool lifestyle and we can't complain. If you fancy joining us, then contact us and prepare to be assimilated. "We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service ours. Ok, you've probably guessed we're not really cyborgs - thankfully just humans. We live in the Caribbean on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.

Other things we are not include....

• Björn Borg - the famous tennis player.
• Borg is also the name of a place in Norway, and the name of a Norwegian beer brewery.
• There is a synthetic cloth called Borg, made by the Borg Corporation of Georgia.
• In Austria, a Borg is a Bundesoberstufenrealgymnasium, a state-run school focussed on technical education.
• More recently, a Borg is a nickname for a person who wears a bluetooth enabled telephone headset, especially when not in use.

Borg Systems - The True Story

Borg Systems was formed in October 2006 due to a relocation, to provide a premier website development service for discerning clients.

We've been doing web development for many, many years, previously in Spain and the UK, and have worked for some big companies on some large and complex websites.

We are experienced in most web technologies, most notably .NET & SQL Server, the building blocks on which most large eCommerce websites are based. We hold Microsoft qualifications, MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator), MCSD (Microsoft Certified Systems Developer) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), as well as a load more qualifications we won't bore you with.

We are also experienced in the following technologies, Flash, Actionscript, ASP, PHP, MySQL, CSS, XML and so on.

Experience in creating large travel and real-estate websites for clients around the world gives prospective clients the confidence that Borg Systems can provide exactly what they need.
